Are self-service plans individual client plans?

No. As owner, create ready-made template plans and organise them into categories. Clients discover these templates through self-service. Individual workout planning in Lanista is a separate care workflow.

How does the smartphone replace a display?

Assign an NFC chip to analogue equipment. Using the holder, clients open equipment-specific content and keep their own smartphone in view as a display. Exercise videos, explanations and training information are available at the equipment.

Can clients use the floor without on-site staff?

Self-service makes provided training content independently accessible. Clients choose on the touch display or open content on smartphones through NFC and QR codes. Your business defines conditions of use and personal induction.

Do we need new training equipment?

NFC tags and QR codes can connect existing analogue equipment or accessories with digital content. We review suitable holders and labels with your existing equipment.

What is the difference between NFC and QR codes?

NFC uses a suitably configured tag read by an NFC-enabled smartphone. A QR code is read using a camera or QR scanner. Both lead to the stored training content.

Which content can I provide on the touch display?

Exercises with instructions and videos, plus ready-made template plans organised in your categories. Individual client plans are not created here. Screensavers can show news and marketing content. We agree the required scope for your business.

Is hardware automatically included in every licence?

Required displays, NFC holders, labels and software scope are agreed for your business. Included components and costs depend on your selected offer.
