Less gathering information.
Assessment, goals, plans and logs in context: check whether preparation and handovers become easier.
When information comes together and your team knows what is due, care can be organised more intentionally. Whether Lanista pays off for your business depends on effort, usage and costs.
No blanket saving rate. What matters is what changes in your actual day-to-day work.
Assessment, goals, plans and logs in context: check whether preparation and handovers become easier.
Defined standards and prompts for due services guide the team. Measure how your coordination effort develops.
The app connects plans, training and feedback. Include the time needed for chat, feedback and regular adjustments.
Explore possible recovery of your licence costs through personal training, or potential time savings. Choose the calculation you want to examine.
How many suitable clients or patients might book? Enter your values and compare potential revenue with your Lanista licence fee.
You know your patients’ history, treatment progress and goals. A tailored workout plan with personal follow-up offers practical value: after completing prescribed treatment, they can continue training independently and stay connected with their familiar practice team.
A simplified, non-binding revenue calculation excluding staffing, taxes and other costs. Actual results may vary. No profit or recovery promise.
Expected bookings = suitable people × booking rate ÷ 100.
Monthly revenue = bookings × offer price.
Annual revenue = monthly revenue × 12.
Licence coverage = monthly revenue ÷ monthly licence fee × 100.
Revenue after licence fee = monthly revenue − licence fee.
Fractional bookings are mathematical expected values. The annual figure assumes twelve identical months. No coverage percentage is calculated when the licence fee is €0.
Compare existing effort with your new workflow. The freely chosen starting values are an example, not measured savings.
Time freed is capacity. Your business decides whether to use it for better care, more appointments or a lighter workload.
An example calculation, not a forecast. Additional time may also be required.
Time difference = activities × (previous minutes − new workflow minutes) ÷ 60.
Monthly time potential = time difference − additional monthly effort.
The model compares a freely chosen, consistent scope. Rollout, training, varying case complexity, utilisation, licence fees and other costs are excluded. Starting values do not come from a Lanista study. Check the actual effort in your own business.
Before starting, define what should improve. After rollout, review the same period and scope again.

A personal training session and individual workout plan can form an additional service for suitable clients or patients. You set the scope and price. The client app supports care between appointments.
Compare the services you need with your booked scope. Additional options are not part of every version.

Use the current pricing overview as your basis. Calculate with your actual licence and additional costs.
That depends on your feature scope, costs, team usage and workflows. The calculators make your own assumptions transparent. They do not promise cost recovery.
No. Calculated time capacity can create room for care, extra appointments or a lighter workload. Additional revenue also requires demand and services that are actually delivered and paid for.
Include the licence and booked options, rollout and training, ongoing maintenance, all staffing effort and other actual costs. Avoid counting the same effort twice.
Suitable people, your expected booking rate and the price of the personal training offer determine potential revenue. Only the Lanista licence fee is deducted. Staffing, taxes and other costs are not deducted in this simplified calculation.
