Online Anamnesis

Well positioned with Lanista before, during and after treatment

We want to further digitize therapy in a practical way and with high added value and focus on content that simplifies daily work.   The latest feature of the software was created in line with the motto "Digital solutions must make things easier": online anamnesis. This means that both administrative points and the essential content of the therapy are recorded before treatment begins. During ongoing therapy, these are then supplemented further via the interactive treatment documentation with feedback function and everything together results in adapted, digital therapy plans.

Online anamnesis for time saving, standardization and security

Quality creates trust - the important work of the therapist at the table is and must never be neglected or underestimated. However, a healing and recovery process also includes the activation of very different structures. The combination of therapeutic application and active movement will optimally support the patient and athlete to become healthy, pain-free and productive again.

A recommended course of action for exercises - directly from the hand of the therapist is what patients want and increasingly expect

In order to promote the success of the therapy, patients can now actively contribute and provide pain feedback - provided that the patient and therapist want this. In many treatments, therapists are happy to rely on patient feedback in order to respond appropriately to progress or regression. The timing of this feedback request is also crucial. Too often, the patient can no longer remember sufficiently, or has been to another therapist, so that seamless communication is not guaranteed. From now on, the therapist can activate this feedback option in their treatment documentation. One day after the treatment, the patient is then asked to rate their current pain sensation on a scale of 0 to 10. This is done via email or directly via the customer app. Everyone involved benefits from this feedback: The therapists receive more information, the patient feels that their subjective feelings are taken seriously and they do not simply see themselves as the recipient of a standard service.
